journal entry for today
Hello all,
As it's been a while since I even thought about writing, hear is an update from me. I will be graduating next week and after that the fun begins The school will no longer provide any services including getting me to class, hiring of readers for tests, and others. However, I have a rough plan to continue with what I need to do. My plan is to rent an apartment in an apartment complex in Tulsa known as the Merdock Villa Apartments. This complex is for those with disabilities and the elderly. When I move into this apartment complex, the state will provide me with a Voc Rehab Teacher, someone who will come to my house and teach me what I need to know to live independently. live on my own. An O and M instructor will also be provided. Once I become comfortable, I will start classes at OSU Tulsa. From what I hear they have a batchler IT program similar to OSU-Okmulgee's program. If that doesn't work out, I will see what I can do about getting work and trying to get a job. It is my hope that this will go a long way towards improving how I feel about my self and other things. It's kind've a shock as I found out about this less than a week ago. Now we are scrambling to see what we can do. Will keep everyone updated on how this goes.
